Operational Management of Restaurant (m/f) 100 %

Your area of responsibility:

• Operational management of the establishment: personnel, quality, service, and marketing
• Active collaboration in the restaurant
• Participation in the compilation and design of menus
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events
• Determining price policies
• Daily/monthly closing, invoicing, accounting, and regular provision of financial reports in accordance with the accounting department's instructions
• General organizational and personnel management

We expect:

• Solid professional training in the gastronomy/hotel industry, preferably with management experience
• High social skills and experience in dealing with people with mental disabilities are an advantage
• Willingness to work irregular hours (with room for the hour)
• Good PC user skills (MS Office)
• Quality awareness and organizational talent
• Independent, self-responsible work and well-groomed appearance
• Strong team and communication skills
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
• Good English language skills in word and writing, any additional language is an advantage
