The Swiss Refugee Aid Organization (OSAR) is the leading aid organization for refugees in Switzerland and the umbrella organization for aid works and organizations for refugees. OSAR defends the rights of people seeking protection and promotes understanding of their situation. Through its expertise, it shapes public discourse and exerts influence on social and political conditions.

Your job description

• You assume general responsibility for the operation, support, and development of the case management system and coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
• You offer efficient assistance (2nd level), triage requests, and coordinate collaboration with the external provider.
• You analyze the requests of partner organizations and transpose them into feasible, budgeted, and prioritized development projects.
• You coordinate the implementation of new functionalities as well as their testing, validation, and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. You also configure the system independently.
• You are responsible for reporting, data analysis, and the development of analyses (e.g., Python, Power BI) as well as license and usage management.
• You continuously optimize processes and ensure the fulfillment of agreed contractual services, including service level monitoring and contract management.

Our requirements

• You demonstrate initiative, an analytical mind, and a talent for coordination.
• You quickly learn and master new tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, M365).
• You have experience in IT coordination, software project management, or second-level support.
• You possess basic knowledge in data management, databases, web applications, and data protection provisions (LPD).
• You work in a careful, structured, and pragmatic manner in a multicultural environment.
• You are proficient in German and know English very well. Knowledge of French and Italian is an asset.
