Your tasks as Chef de Rang - Banquet: Professional advice and care for our guests Professional service of food and beverages Compliance with our high quality standards Preparation of the necessary mise-en-place as well as clearing, bussing, and cleaning work in the banquet area Support of supervisors with daily tasks Recording of all transactions in the POS system as well as correct cash reconciliation Assistance in the preparation and execution of special occasions and events Compliance with hygiene regulations and ensuring cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines What you bring with you: Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry Initial computer skills; experience with the POS system Infrasys as well as the reservation system SevenRooms is an advantage Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with guest feedback and complaints Openness, teamwork, and a positive attitude Well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a convincing presence Flexibility and resilience, especially for shifts on weekends and public holidays Very good German and English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage Valid work permit for Switzerland or the authorization to work in Switzerland Our promise to you: Learning & Development: Your success is our success.
