Service Employee

• Setting and preparing the tables and the buffet • Preparing the entire mise en place • Ensuring the quality and quantity of food and drinks • Greeting, looking after, and saying goodbye to guests according to IHG standards • Participating in service meetings with the kitchen and the service team at the given meeting times as well as the handover to the following shift (ensuring the flow of information) • Independent management of a service station • Handling complaints and forwarding them to the supervisor according to house guidelines • Checking his waiter accounts • Promotion of promotions and upselling • Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the restaurant, bar and back office • Helping with refilling non-food material & drinks in the restaurant, bar and back office according to Brasserie Bits & Bites standards • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the POS system by creating lists of items that should be removed and providing feedback on any errors. • Guest care from A-Z • Good knowledge of the F&B offer and the prices • Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards • Care and maintenance of the workplace • Commitment to a safe and correct operation of all machines • Commitment to reporting any damage to the workplace or individual machines • Checking the cleaning lists according to Brasserie Bits & Bites standards
