As a 100% subsidiary of EHC Biel Holding AG, HC Bienne Gastro SA is the exclusive catering partner of the Tissot Arena Tasks • Mise-en-place work for daily, event & match business • À la carte lunch service • Independent management of a station • Support of the kitchen management in operational processes • Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) • Co-responsibility for stock management and goods control • Active participation in the organization and implementation of large-scale events, especially during ice hockey match operations Profile • Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or equivalent training • Very good German or English skills (French is an advantage) • Readiness for evening and weekend shifts • Friendly, professional appearance and strong service mentality • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented • Interest in the event and sports environment • Motivation to develop yourself further and take on responsibility
