ICT Support & System Engineer Workplace / Operations (workload 80% - 100%)
In this role, you will strengthen our ITS team in support, the workplace environment, as well as in operations and engineering topics. You will relieve the daily routine, help build up deputy positions, and help to sustainably anchor knowledge, processes, and documentation.
Since we are a small team, the role is broad-based: you will gain insight into many IT areas – from user support to clients and specialist applications to Microsoft 365, automation, monitoring, and projects. Ideal for someone who wants to experience IT holistically, learn more, and take on responsibility.

Participation in 1st-/2nd-level support: Triage, processing, and follow-up of support requests
Support with user, client, printer, office, M365, and application topics
Participation in workplace engineering regarding Windows clients, software distribution, client lifecycle, and patch processes
